Founded in 1998

Carolina Cafe and Catering Co. was founded in 1998. Also proudly known as “The Bagel Shop” for our in house made NY style bagels. Other menu items include house made salads, soups, baked goods, sandwiches and specialty coffee drinks. Locally owned and operated for 22 years. Always fresh.

Back Story:
It really started in 1979, when a woman, who could make one heck of a potato salad, met a man, who could boil a pot of water even while watching it.....want to know more? Come see us and we'll be happy to share!
